1. Q. What is the best way to contact you?
A. First off you can email us at any time. We are always checking our email when we are at the computer working. After we speak by email we can exchage contact information. After that, you can call whenever it is convenient for you. I will try to answer, if not leave a message and I will get in touch with you ASAP. If you do not receive a response to an email within a couple of days, please try again as I might not have received it. After receiving an email from you I will be happy to speak with you by phone.

2. Q. When is the earliest that can I reserve or order a show?
A. We usually do not put any time or limitations on ordering. I feel like that whenever you want to order something, you do it. The only thing that we do is, if you order a marching band show after June 1st and you want to perform it that season we charge an extra $300.00 That being since it is such a busy time for us finishing up arrangements and teaching camps and clinics.

4. Q. What do your shows cost?
A. Shows vary in price depending on what you are interested in. We have some figures listed on our website. Please contact me by email for a quote. DrumGod278@hotmail.com

5. Q. How flexible are you with payments?
A. Although I prefer to be paid up front before I send out a show, I can be flexible. I sometimes will ask for half up front and then half upon completion of the music.

6. Q. What if I don't see what I'm looking for listed here?
A. Please contact us anyway, there is a chance that we can take care of it for you, or if not get you in contact with someone who can.

7. Q. How much advance time do you need to compose a show?
A. Composing a show can sometimes be a lengthy process. Sometimes we can knock them out in a couple of days, depending on how our mind is flowing and also how many other shows we are working on at the time. I try to tell people it is better to let us know by May 15. Yes we will still arrange after that date. Just keep in mind that is the start of a busy time for some of us. Also keep in mind that after June 1st we charge an extra $300.00 for marching band arrangements for that season.

8. Q. Do you have drill designers, guard choreographers, flag designers, and costume designers that you recommend?
A. My list of recommended designers, and choreographers constantly changes. I will do my best to establish and update email addresses of these creative people. Please contact me for my latest list.

9. Q. Are any of your marching band shows available for winter drumline?
A. Yes! We can make any of them available for winter drumline.

10. Q. What is the procedure if I am interested in an arrangement?
A. For non-Public Domain arrangements, a permission to arrange agreement from the copyright holder is required in order for any arranger to create an arrangement. Usually publishing companies prefer that the band director secures the “permission to arrange” licensing. Most of the publishers have a web site with the directions on how to do this. Once I have received the signed documentation from the copyright holder, I can proceed with the arrangement. Please plan for the additional time required for the documentation to be processed by the publisher and for us to receive it. Bands are responsible for all “permission to arrange and/or perform” licensing fees.

11. Q. What form should I use when trying to obtain permission?
A. MENC provides a nice interactive standardized form. www.menc.org

12. Q. I am too busy to secure the “permission to arrange” license. Is there someone who can help me do this?
A. I would recommend somewhere like Copycat Licensing. They can usually help you with what you need. www.copycatlicensing.com
